Bellingham 2007
Strange to be back in Bellingham again, for the third time in three months. Everything was the same, yet
somehow everything was different with Mom gone. With Rich & Connie and their boys up for the same week,
it was a well-needed time together with family. A good chance to walk the forests and beaches with the
boys, watch old family movies, and appreciate the glory of the Pacific Northwest in late summer.

Colour and flavour in Seattle's beautiful Pike Place Market. Although the crab and salmon looked great, we settle for our traditional sushi at Hana.
Ghostly drift wood lines Bellingham Bay, where we attended a concert by Dad's Klezmer group. Family walk and stone collecting on Lummi Island.
Up the Space Needle for a great view of Seattle, and a drive-by visit of my dream house, a mansion opposite Volunteer Park on Seattle's Capitol Hill.
A trip to the Burke Museum collection in Seattle, including a great Dzunokwa bearing copper, and an exhibit on contemporary Northwest Coast art.
Fun with the boys and Uncle Luc Skywalker on the beaches and in the beautiful forests of greater Bellingham.
More fun walks with the family before hitting Fairhaven's great culinary high point: Win's Inn.
The view from our flight to Salt Lake City, as the sun rose from behind Mount Baker, casting a sheen on Fairhaven Harbor.
